Like a lot of women, I hit a point in my 40s where I looked around and realized I was doing everything for everyone else—and completely ignoring myself.
Between raising kids, running a business, and trying to keep up with life, I felt exhausted, depressed, and scared. I could feel myself aging poorly and feared ending up like so many older adults—frail, dependent, and stuck in a body that didn’t feel like mine anymore.
I didn’t want to settle for that future.
I wanted to feel strong, sharp, and vibrant—not just now, but in my 70s, 80s, and beyond.
Health and wellness have always been part of my life. I was a Personal Trainer in my 20s, and even after changing career paths, my passion for health and wellness never faded. I've always been the one geeking out on nutrition books and wellness podcasts for fun.
So when I hit that turning point in my early 40s, I dove back into the science and phychology of sustainable, real-life change and became a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach, with specialized training in GLP-1 and weight loss medications through NASM.
From that journey, I built a method that blended evidence-based practices with real-world flexibility.
